High-volume or events experience would be advantageous Extensive knowledge of European cuisine with the ability to use Eastern and Western ingredients Work in partnership with different teams to take ownership for the efficient and effective operation of the outlet and all work activities. Overall responsibility for labour and food cost budgets Write menus, recipe development, plate presentations and implement special items Manage the recruitment, training, performance, and career growth of team members Strong operational leadership and motivation skills Capability to develop and maintain high standards of hygiene.
